Prayer over your sleep and night season

All praise, honor and glory to the Creator of heaven and earth! Thank you, Lord, for creating the day and the night and establishing times of activity and times of rest. I answer the call in your word that says, Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish. I receive this promise and stand in agreement that I will have rest in you and that when I lie down at night it will be in peace that I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. For you Lord have spoken over me that when I lie down, my sleep will be sweet. Jesus release your angels to surround me and protect me as I sleep so that nothing shall harm me or disrupt my sleep or invade my dreams. Jesus remove any distractions or disruptions to my ability to have a restful sleep and cover my mind in peace and quiet. In the name and authority of Jesus Christ I place my bedroom under the blood of Jesus and ask you Jesus to seal the room so no evil spirits, familiar spirits, demons or any agent of Satan’s kingdom can harass me in my dreams. I declare that all my night dreams and visions will be covered in the Holy Spirit and align with the purpose and plan of the Most High. The word of God promises that In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men, while they slumber on their beds, that you Holy Spirit will speak to me. For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets. I choose now to receive all that Holy Spirit would reveal during my rest in dreams or visions. Let all that is hidden be revealed so that in my dreams I will receive healing, deliverance, revelation, wisdom, guidance and instruction. If there is any area of my life that needs repentance or correction highlight it for me and create in me a clean heart. For even the wise men were warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they departed to their own country by another way. Jesus, I surrender my dreams to you and invite you Holy Spirit in, according to your will and purpose. I rejoice and praise you Jesus for the peace that only comes from you and thank you for giving me sweet and restorative sleep this night and every night. Amen.

Prayer to release shame – From Elijah House Ministry

Dear Lord, I thank you that you are a kind, loving and gentle God. I thank you Jesus, for dying on the cross for me, and for paying the price for my sin and shame. Lord, I confess that I need you. I need your love, protection, power and deliverance.

I John 1:8 proclaims that you came to undo the devils work. I know that his work is to steal, kill and destroy. Shame has been a way that he has stolen from me, and has brought destruction.

But you promise to give me life and life in abundance. So, I choose this day to receive your promise of fullness of life, and I ask that you set me free from the bondage of sin and shame. I invite you into every area of my heart, mind, and spirit. Reveal to me my hidden sins, the ways that I have sinfully responded to the things that have happened in my life. Show me any bitterness, unforgiveness or demands for justice that I still cling to. I ask you to heal my wounded heart and fill every unmet need, unfulfilled desire, and longing with your gentle loving kindness.

In the places where my heart is filled with fear and distrust, I ask that you replace it with your tender mercies, and greatly abounding love. I ask that you remove my shame and reproach and restore me to honor and dignity, which is my true inheritance as a child of the Most High God.

Please grant me the gift of faith to be able to believe your promises. Enable me to step into my destiny, purpose, and all that you have planned for me. Amen

Prayer to Overcome Fear, Worry and Anxiety

Lord God Almighty I come giving you praise, honor and glory for you are the creator of heaven and earth, the great I AM. I thank you for what you have already done for all of us through your son, Jesus Christ. I declare and release your word and truth over myself now:

You will keep me in perfect peace as I put their focus on you. For your word says “I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, plans for good and not for evil, to give you hope and a future. In the name of Jesus I release the true plan of the Lord for my life.

*Say outloud: “I repent now and renounce for every way in which I agreed with fear, worry and anxiety. I revoke any vow or covenant I made and say no. I give all my fear, worry and anxiety to you Jesus. I have not been given a spirit of fear, but of power, love and self control. I receive that now in the name of Jesus Christ.”

I thank you Jesus that as I seek you, you will deliver me from all my fears! You will deliver me from fear, anxiety and worry. Holy Spirit fill me now with your dunamis power that I would feel your peace.

I thank you Jesus that I can do all things through you Jesus, who strengthens me. Strengthen and fill me with your courage now and in your name drive fear from me and show me what doors to fear I need to close. Deliver me from fear right now! Do not let my heart be troubled or afraid as your word says my peace, I give to you! There is no fear in love because perfect love casts out fear. Holy Spirit let me feel the overwhelming, perfect love you have for me. For if God is for me, there is nothing that can come against me and no weapon formed against me will succeed. I choose now to stand in that promise and the victory of the cross. You are my strong tower and I take refuge in your fortress.

In the name of Jesus I release the peace of God, that surpasses all understanding, to guard my heart and mind from this day forward. Thank you Lord God that you go with me, you will never leave me or forsake me. You make straight the path before me and bless me, body, soul and spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Jesus, I thank you for your promise that you will never leave me or forsake me. I declare your promise over me, that though I may walk in the midst of trouble, you will preserve my life, you will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand will deliver me. No weapon, curse, spell or evil assignment of the enemy that is sent against me or my family will succeed and you, Jesus, shall refute every tongue that rises up with false accusations and tear down every stronghold established by the kingdom of darkness meant to steal, kill or destroy me. You are the author and perfector of my faith, my shield and my rear guard. You are my refuge and fortress and it is you that delivers me from the terrors of the night and the arrows that fly by day. Though a thousand fall at my side, ten thousand at my right hand, nothing shall come near me, my family, my home or anything under my stewardship. You will rescue me from every evil plan of the enemy and bring me safely into the kingdom of heaven. Jesus I praise you and thank you that you establish my steps and I will live out every day according to your purpose and plan. I thank you for releasing your angels on assignment to me for protection, to keep me safe from all accidents, illnesses and to go before me, beside me and behind me and to ensure no harm comes to me or my family. In your name I raise of a wall of holy fire around me, my family, my home, my finances and everything within my gates. Jesus establish sight and sound barriers around me so the enemy cannot see or hear anything concerning me. In the name of Jesus I call down confusion and coals of fire on the enemies camp and tear down every strategy the enemy has established against me. Jesus, I choose to place myself, my family, my home and my ministry under your blood and authority. Thank you for your favor and provision. May it be done on earth as it is in heaven. Jesus I bind your word to my heart and mind and give you praise, honor and glory. Amen

Lord God almighty, I come before you with praise and thanksgiving for all you have done for me and my family. Let your favor be upon me and establish the work of my hands. Thank you Lord for anointing me to proclaim your good news, for sending me to bind up the broken hearted in your name, for declaring freedom to all those held captive by the enemy and releasing the prisoners from darkness. I choose now to put on your garment of praise instead of despair and the garments of salvation and robes of righteousness. Thank you Jesus that I now receive a double portion of favor and provision instead of shame. Thank you Lord God for being my shield and for your word that says no good thing do you withhold from those who walk uprightly. Continue to create in me a pure heart and purge from me all unrighteousness so I may receive my full inheritance and the favor and honor that comes from you Lord for you are the creator of heaven and earth, the one who was, who is and is to come. I rejoice as you prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. I choose to bind your love and faithfulness around my neck and write them on the tablet of my heart so I will find favor and success with my God and with man. Let me be like a spring of water whose waters do not fail. Jesus cover me with your favor like a shield. Give me the strength to be more like you and continue to increase in wisdom, stature and favor with both God and man. Let all I do glorify you as you establish the length of my days and fill the years of my life with your peace. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
